I have called several times and left VM. No response yet. Been over a week.
Wonder if I am on their "do not call" list??

They have had some phone problems over there. I called about 20 times last week and always got a busy signal. So called a friend that lives near their offices and he said that there has been some problems with phone service in that area, probably due to lines being cut by back hoe.
I e-mailed them some time ago about some software and it took over 2 weeks to get an answer.
tom..dont know who you are talking too but try linda colt..

What is the fix Tom?
Just visited Lowrance web/RA tracking. It doesn't show them receiving the 102c yet. I mailed it to them 7/9. Tulsa ain't that far from here. Called them on the 800 number and get recording: this is our busy season. you can expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a tech. Leave callback no..lalalalalal...
Need to hire more folks to answer phone in busy season. Don't take a lot of training for someone to follow a trouble shooting chart and even less for someone to fill out a RA. That what most phone techs do (scripts). They sure as hell don't know the business end of a scope. Maybe I expect too much.
Humminbird needs to give Navico some lessons in PR.
PR is getting sloppy or they just wanna sell to big boat owners now. Things changed after Navico took command.
A few weeks ago I was talking to a friend on another site and he had sent his in for repair. Somewhere along the line they "misplaced" his unit. I gave him Linda's phone number and she fixed him up with a newer model refurb.
I talked to Linda. She couldn't help since the unit was out of warranty (by 3 years). I kept asking for "your supervisor" until I got into the "chain" far enough that I am getting it repaired at their expense. They might replace the 102c. I don't know. I am persistent.:)
