Congrats to CEB

I called CEB yesterday to go do some fishing. Come to find out he is getting married this weekend.

His soon to be wife said that the ball and chain had been fitted and looks real good on him!:D

I thought we might have changed his mind the last time we all discussed this. But, an excellent idea was brought up at that time.....
Everyone hitch up your boat and drag it to the wedding. I know the "Gooch Craft" will really dress the place up.

Looks like some more fishing equipment will be for sale. It will take 3-5 years to be able to use it again. Congrats, I hope.:D:eek:

Maybe it won't be all that bad. 51 years ago next Tuesday I took me a bride who did not fish or hunt. She has owned a 243 and a 7mm for over 30 years and has more fly fishing gear than I do. But for a day or two fishing will not be one of his priorities. I do not know the dude but wish them the best!!

Folks im typing this from on on blackberry so bear with me. Ole ceb is sweating with all these fancy folks and partys. The inlaws are fighting and he looks as out of place as if he showed up to on on bass weigh in with on on mess of crappie.

Congratulations CEB. Me and my DW have been married for nearly 27 years. She loves to fish, but usually has grandkids around and dosen't go much. We just got back from Florida and we did catch a lot of fish. But the price of gas was sooooo high, I only took my boat out twice. Most of the time we wade fished or fished from jetty's. With the price of fuel at over $4 a gallon we likely won't be going back anytime soon. Glad to be back.
