wide side transducer for 787

order a wideside transducer and switch box for my 787
got it installed and can't get it to work the transducer mis mounted on the trolling motor i set the unit up for wideside transducer and the depth flashes to 300 400ft an no reading on the screen i was close to a bank on one side also got nothing wondering if i have it set correctly any one have any experience with wideside

Can you look on the cable and tell me which transducer you have? It should be marked on the cable.

Did you try it with out the switch.
