Guist Creek Lake

Does anyone have any info on Guist Creek Lake near Shelbyville, Ky? :confused:

my experiences with Guist Creek lend me to believe that it's a decent lake for Largemouth and Hybrid Stripers .... but, it's a heavily fished and relatively small body of water. I've only fished it a few times - and that was for Bass. I don't know how the lake is for Crappie ... I've concentrated on Taylorsville Lake, for them. .......cp :cool:

I fished Guist Lake on Sunday 5-15-05. We only caught one crappie but also caught 4 channel cat, and some bass and bluegill. Great structure for crappie in many coves though. Caught this fish on minnow in about 15ft of water as we were trolling along.
