I'm taking my daughter fishing for shellcrackers tuesday.Where is the best place to take her?I've caught em in hickory and ky lake but dont get out enough in either lake to know really decent fishing spots . any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks.
with gas as high as it is and u living in murfreesboro i would try old hickory

try cages bend area and station camp creek i dont know if theyre biting for sure but u will catch some fish in these spots

hey, theres nothing like KY lake... and they are tearing them up right now. Hit Leatherwood creek near the back around the islands.
Btw... I wouldnt fight the wave runners and boats on Old Slickory for them at least on KY you can get away from them.
