Did they close the gates today as projected?

I don't know, and wonder the same thing. I will be fishing Millwood for the first time ever late next week for a couple of days. If they did close the gates today as projected, your best guess, what can a person expect around the 21st. Will it likely be muddy?
I am in uncharted waters and could use help and suggestions.
talked to my "resource" that has a place on millwood and said the gates are closed and the lake is actually a foot above normal.

Here is a good link to keep up with the water level for Millwood. Gates are not closed all the way but the lake is back to normal, maybe a little above. Ctfish are tearing it up in the river on nightcrawlers, stink bait or shad on tight line. Crappie are starting to migrate into creeks out of the river. They are holding next to stumps or brush awaiting the water to warm just a bit before going into spawn. Look for 2-3 foot or even shallower around base of large cypress trees. Use slip cork and stout line.

I plan on gooing down to Millwood around the 25th of march. The bass and crappie should have time by then to adjust to the new water levels. Please keep us posted folks on crappie so we can figure a pattern out.
thanks Tony
I will be fishing out of Yarborough on 3/22 with a guide. I will report any luck; good or bad.
