Backlight off? Color units are pretty well blank in daylight if the backlight is at it's lowest setting.Quote:

I know everybody says to check the battery... but you might actually disconnect both post and re-connect. Sometimes you may discover a loose wire that looks good until you wiggle things around.
I have had the inline fuse holder get water and dust the end of the fuse connecter.
Get you a waterproof in line blade fuse holder and eliminate this problem.Quote:
