gps fishfinders
I have been trying to find reviews on gps unit fish finders, I am presently looking at humminbird or garmin, anyone who has an info or review of units please let me know, I want to know how well they work, and the finer points, as I am looking to purchase a new one in the next month, and of course the salesman will tell you anything, many of them dont even have one. So Idecided to come to the people who really use them,

I know the feeling. I purchased HB 777c and a HB 565 last year and now I am kicking myself for not purchasing a HB unit that was GPS ready and able to use SD cards for lake maps.
I love my HB 777c unit with the 4000 watts and the number of pixels. I bought my 565 for the front of the boat and love it. That one also is loaded with pixels.
I would buy the 787c2 if I could do it all over again.
Have fun shopping.

fishfinder
Thanks hunter let me know how you like it, I have 2 finders on my boat now, but there are just the bare bones, and I want something that has more capability, and better graphics.

The 787 C2 retail around $649.00. This is a good fishfinder/ GPS. It has the best display on the market. You can see it great in direct sunlight and also has a good back light for fishing at night. This is what I have on my boat.
