Gold Creek Report 2/20/08

good report for last 3 days,average catches have been around 15,yesterday i weighed a 3 lb'er!today i had 1 man had 10 had 1lbs,1.25 lb,1 1/2 lb,1 3/4 lb,and a whopping 2 1/2 lb'er!!water is still high but has been falling 2-3 inches a day.most all the large fish are bulging with eggs.looking good for the forecast on the weekend.oh the 3lb fish was caught under the iron bridge on a rosey red.i will have pictures in bait shop 2- 3 weeks.gotta get some more instant film or get use and learn my cam to post pics.sorry slowly but surely.

Sounds like the fishing should be good this Sat for the get together!

Hey Dan we need to fix you up a website for Gold Creek so you can put up daily reports and pictures for all of us to see!

I have designed and maintained quite a few hunting websites in my day, I might be willing to set you one up for some insider fishing tips and info at Conway.... ;)

It is really cheap to have a site hosted for your business, you can usually find a host and register a domain name for less than $100 a year!

Great reports. I'll bet everyone is lookin' forward to the weekend...let's just hope there is a spot to drop a jig in the water.

When the pool is full of boats is when I am at my best. That place has cost me hundreds of $$$$$$. If I don't have what I see someone catching fish with, I have to go buy some.

Heavy Chevy i would like to take you up on that offer soon,(getting it together)yesterday i had 2 diehards fished good part of the day,they were pretty slow they had 10 out of the 2 boats.today 1 guy out so far,will report later.DP im sure we'll have something you will like,next time we ought to have some them good ol slabbers!(burgers, polish sausage hot dogs,tater salad,chips,and fixings.

it's a type of shiner. (orangish redish in color.) Come on over to Gold Creek tomorrow around noon and you can see some first hand.

not much action today 2 boats in,1 said he didnt do anything,the other i dont know.see yall tomorrow check them first hand!not much pressure on them this week.
