Anybody ever use this stuff???

Looks handy. I don't like using liquid tape. Nasty mess. Self sealing. Specifications sound good. Let me know.

I sell it to my hardware stores. It's the real deal. You can stop a leak in a water pipe with it. It was originally developed for the military.

Not much useage data on the internet. Do you have to stretch the tape to activate the curing process?

That looks like the same stuff we used in the AF--we called it F-4 tape--it has a line down the center for you to do the overwraps with and yes you do have to stretch it -- being an aircraft guy I've never used it on water pipes but have used 100's of yards wrapping wire bundles and it works great--we used to string tie the last wrap to prevent any unwraps but when I retired we were just stretching it and smoothing it down and it held fine, we just started back the wrap and smoothed it down- also used it on the F-15's and 16's I worked on--long answer for it's good stuff and worked great
