shouldnt take more then a few minutes...do you have a frier or use a pan...
if your using fryr 2-3 minutes is plenty.. just watch the outside coating once it looks done its fine cause inside cooks faster...a minute or 2 on each side if using a skillet is fine...less your cooking a huge fish.....
just make sure oil is 350-375 degrees
Cook it until the crust is golden brown and the meat will be done. I cook them at 350 degrees until golden brown.
