Already Tying For them Gills next Spring (Pic)

Just found a pattern I liked and changed it some for this fly and I do believe the gills will love it. What do you think?

Skip: I think that bottom one should hammer 'em on the beds. There's a local pattern here in SW OKlahoma called the chrome dome that absolutely catches bluegills year round, but especially in the Summer. It's a very simple pattern, and may be in a Warm Water pattern book, but I doubt it. It's a silver bead head, silver tinsil chenille body, and red saddle hackle bards for the tail. On about a #8 hook. Called the Chrome Dome. I would post a pic but don't have the ability.

Do you tie much with rubber legs?

Very nice, Skip. Those would slay the gills and bass here in the small lakes of the Wichita Mountains
