Found a hobo at the ramp...

but...turned out to be The Goocher.:D Decided to head out to the LMR late Sunday morning to show ol' Gooch how to catch some crappie. Saw Jhook down there sneakin' in a little fishin' time. Fishin' was slow but steady. Quit fishin' around 4:00 and ended up catchin' between 25-30 keepers. Found a few fish all over, but the most were caught 9-13' deep on our brushpiles in 15-16' of water. Caught a lot of small crappie and yellow bass...seems I'm the only one skilled enough to catch the small ones. Goocher provided plenty of entertainment...and he even helped me clean fish.:eek:

As usual, I didn't get a pic of the elusive sasquatch...I was hoping that he would hold the camera backwards and snap a photo of himself...but no luck.

Now how do we know that Gooch was really with you. Sounds like a fishin story....lol...... Chris, I bet you were glad to be able to get away from school and get some fishin in. Even if you had to bring Dale....j/k..... Congrats on the catch and thanks for the pic/post

Yep. I can attest. I saw the goocher with my own eyes. Spoke with him, and heard him a lot even though I was fishing a ways up river from where he and ceb were fishing. And as things seem to happen with ceb, he always seems to catch a hell of lot of fish when noone else is. I caught a bunch that morning....all smaller than my hand. Go figure.

It was good see ceb and dale both.
