Navionics Hot Maps

Just learned from the software company (I called them),that this new software will be available after the first of the year. It proports to have 10,000 lakes on one CD and that you can transfer info from your computer to your GPS. They are not taking orders yet but you can go to the website at fugawi.com and get on the list for an email when it is available. More info is available in the Oct/Nov issue of North American Fishing Club Magazine or on their website at fishingclub.com. The advertised price is $19.99. That's about the cost of 2 good maps. Tight lines.

Thanks for the info, Dave. That sounds like a very reasonable price. Only problem is with the lake coverage. It seems as though the only lakes these maps cover are the big reserviors in AR, and that just doesn't do me much good. Any idea on what lakes in AR this one will cover?

Sorry Chris, the article did not say. But the big lakes in AR are right up my alley. And, since I am considering entering some regional tournements next year, it may be a big help to me. I do hope ya'll have a ball at Cane Creek this weekend. Tight lines.
