Well, howdjadoo?
Tried some different spots this mornin , instead of going to the old spot that had been producing. See, I got to figurin,( ) they might start moving up to the flats. Fished the ledges from main channel to the flat in two different locations. The wife and i each caught 1 litlle one eachat the first spot. The second spot - nothing. Both of these spots were producers in the spring. Went to shallow stumps, and nothing.
I can figure NOW all the reasons why, like the wind was a bit out of the East, the moon has been pretty bright, just past full, the water was a litlle cloudier than last week from the recent rain. Water is still too warm, they ain't moved up yet.....................
So tell me, am I the only one that did poorly today, and I just BLEW IT, or were the rest of you hit with a slow day too?

Well, we went back to the afore mentioned old standby spot that had been producing. Went this afternoon. Water was clearer. Caught only three little ones. Now I don't feel so bad.
Wait a minute!!! That don't sound right!!!!
