Does the bamboo have to be green and leafy when you put it out? I finally found some I can cut. I thought about cutting it this weekend and working on it during the week and sinking it next weekend. Will this be ok? I have never done this before.

I see alot of them in creeks on Wateree Lake in upside down singles.
You will be fine. That will give you concrete time to setup good.
