Got out Monday morning and found a few hanging out under a bridge. Water clarity was 5-6' not sure what the temp was. They were pulling water slowly the whole time I was there. I fished 0430-0915. Managed a limit for the day. Started out with minnows 3' under a lighted bobber and pulled 11 fish before daybreak. Then switched over to fishing jigs and finished out. Because of the water pulling and wind in the opposite direction, the fish were holding 4' deep. Anything BG grub in white, blue-ice or hologram got bit. Used a 1/24oz jig head. Was a fun day to get out. Fog was way thick early in the morning. Fish were a 50/50 split between females and males. Looks like they are starting to get close. A few fish starting to put their colors on and the eggs had plenty of blood vessels on them, but not runny. The sink in the picture below is 16" long for reference.
