Creamy Rose' Baked Crappie
Here we go again............I had a few Slab Fillets to bake and added a couple of regulars to fill out the Cookie Sheet. This dish is Rockin'! Better than the last one but I would certainly bake the Mushroom Alfredo again if that's the jar I had in the pantry.

No room on the plate for anything else. This was just a guess but it turned out fantastic. Super easy too like the last baked Crappie I posted.

Once again I just used the stick of unsalted butter to grease the pan first before laying down the fresh Crappie fillets.

Again I dotted the pan with unsalted butter cubes. 3/4's of a stick was used total.

I first spooned the jar sauce over the fish before giving the pan a light shake to spread the sauce out. Afterwards I light application of Tony's seasoning on top added more flavor.

Hand spreading a light coat of Panko bread crumbs over the fillets adds a texture change along with a bit of flavor.

Certainly no Cheese was left behind and this Italian shredded cheese from Walmart bumps the dish up even more. Baked at 325 degrees for 30 minutes finished out these fillets perfectly. Light, Flaky, & Tender Fillets is the way I like them.

Out of the oven and right on a bed of Angel Hair pasta was the ticket.

Of course I had to go back for seconds...........

The thicker the Crappie Fillets are the better the dish is. The Creamy Rose sauce is really a good choice...
