Frying Shorts with all the Sides

Fried up those hook swallowing short Crappie for lunch. Hit the sides pretty hard too. Jalapeno Hush Puppies, Rally's Fries, Fried Mushrooms, and lots of little Crappie fillets. For just two people we just about whacked everything.

I had my plate real close to the pan once consumption got underway. Recliner time.

Most of the Shorts had eggs, I know tidal river fish grow slower but the amount of these fish with eggs in the little hook swallowers was remarkable. I'm about to the point to eat the little ones and release the swollen Slabs. One big Slab looks like it has more eggs than 1/2 a dozen little ones.

Looks yummy except the fungus….:Rofl

That second Shepherd's Pie came out Rockin' not a lot of folks eats it though. We have another meal off that one.
Baking Slabs again tomorrow using a different Pasta sauce. We'll see thumbs up or thumbs down.
