The BOB
Now I love a good biscuit as much as anyone. But wife has got me hooked on these, doesn’t hurt that she makes them for me ;)
Big ole wild hog sausage patty, fried egg and slice of pepper jack, on a hamburger bun. When she first mentioned it, I said what tha heck is a bob? Breakfast on bun she says.

They sell those at Whataburger. They certainly hit the spot. No Whataburger near me so I make them sometimes and carry to work.

Known in the north as a "sausage, egg and cheese", usually on a hard roll or kaiser roll with butter or mayo. Sometimes on an English muffin or toasted bagel. Bacon as a substitute if you're not in the mood for sausage.
