AKA THE TCHFUNCTE RIVER

FEESHED my favorite river today

Conditions were perfect.

Water wuz up and muddy from Saturday storms.
Nice cool morning with fog.

Took ne a few hours to find some keeper feesh.

Ran out of black n chart tubes so I went with the next best thing.
A twenty watt no name special ✨️ hair jig.

JR, I always enjoy seeing you post with such consistency. Curious about what you do with all the fish you catch though. I might be sick of fish if I ate as many as you catch, so I'm guessing you're sharing and stocking the freezer! :) Glad you are still on them, though it seems to be year round for you. lol

He gives away a lot.

Hey LFN,

I usually give them away. Now that I'm retired and the kids are grown and gone

I don't cook them often. I cleaned a mess last week and sat in the fridge for a few days. In the freezer they went

Jig…Beautiful box of fish!
I tried Bayou Maringouin today…things are improving, but not by much! If this weather stays nice, maybe that will help! I did throw back more than I kept…to small!
