Bud I have a slew of Lew's Crappie jig poles and rods all Mr. Wally Marshall rods and love every one. Bon Temps & I recently bought 6 of his Dock Shooter rods and I can't say enough good about them. Mr. Marshall Called me once personally after I sent a email thanking him for taking care of a friend of mine - He is a Top Shelf Quality man that stands behind anything with his real or nickname. I don't have the particular rod you are inquiring about but if Lew's is on the blank it's quality.
I emailed Lews but didnt recieve any help they seemed like they didnt know anything about these rods?
Lews rods used to be top notch stuff , not sure if I still have any of them in my arsenal , but my go to killer ketchn stick back about 40 plus years ago , was a Lews speed stick one pc. six footer , equipped with Fuji grips and ceramic guides and to be very sure , a killer of killers in the whack em dept.Quote:

MY EX accidently , slammed the door on it ,right after I told her to be careful with my rod getting out of my truck .....
