Yum, looks delicious
I've been cooking them in the fryer for a while. I slice them, add to a ziploc with some AP flour, I lay them on parchment after to let the flour start to get sticky. The Drudge is 1 egg to 2 cups buttermilk, I dip in the Drudge then into the fish fry for a minute before frying. The crust is crunchy the next day. They are great on a Hamburger too instead of onion rings.
