I have a few different bags of Gulp minnows and sand worms (and similar products) that seem no leak no matter how diligently I try to seal the bag. I keep them in separate ziplock bags and inevitably it leaks out of those bags too. Any tips to have them make less of a mess?

Get you a little sandwich container or a jar or something. Super heavy duty ziplock bags?
I dealt with this for years. I now use ex-small tupperware counters I purchased from Dollar Tree.
I tried to deal with that issue and the fact they are no better than a minnow when it comes to longevity and they no longer leak anything, on my anything because they have no place in my arsenal .....just saying :Rofl
Small mason jars or empty pickle jars might work. Darn things are hard to open at times, so they might not leak on ya.
Hate those bags- just HATE 'EM. Gonna have to try something else. BTW- their jars leak too! :banghead:banghead:banghead
i have never bought gulp in the bag but those little plastic jars are nightmares. the only bait i buy now is gulp waxies my no 1 bait of choice... the jars i buy eventually run out of fluid before the baits do. the fluid is designed to integrate with plastic and will effect plastic over time will ruin tackle boxes, everything in its path and atmosphere. it dissolves hooks!
the good thing is i have revived old semi dried baits because of a fluid leak with just water and revived them back which seems to be its natural form and perfectly usable.
i have not done this yet but thinking on dumping new jars fluid into a glass container and replacing with just water because of the frustration
The jars fit in to plastic "specimen" jars and those lids won't leak. That's how I store the couple of bottles I have of the minnows for ice fishing.
Tell me more! How are you using them? Tipping jigs or fishing alone?Quote:
