Turned on helix 8 today that I use for mapping and the unit powers up but the screen is black. I blind navigated to the light settings and I know I'm set on 10. The problem isn't the power harness. I plugged in another Helix unit and it powered up with no issues. Has anyone had a similar issue. Is this unit shot? It's like it's stuck in standby mode.
Can you blind navigate to the setup menu and restore default settings? Might help but I’m no expert
