I finally got a nice griddle for my Webber gas grill, didn't think I needed a Blackstone not because I didn't want one I just didn't want a 3rd grill on my deck. Already a Webber and a Traeger. Dang crappie tacos are good and easy to do on this thing.
Kept about a dozen Smithville dink fish yesterday just for blackened crappie & shrimp for our tacos and may do it again today. No shortage of dinks up there!
Looks delicious but those bowls and plates on the edge have me nervous just looking at them. I just cleaned up a mess that spilled all over the floor and myself. :banghead :Rofl
Jeremy has been telling me about using the griddle for them. Yours sure looks awesome. I have a table top Blackstone sitting idle in the shop you may have helped get it used again.
OMG you could have showed the food before you ate it and tossed it back up.
I'm hungry now and it's to early to eat. Looks really good to me!
