Back to the river.
Finally made it to the river a little early. Was throwing a white hair jig, with Slabsauce coating of course. Caught four nice crappie and lost two more. Fished low and slow. Bite stopped as soon as the sun popped over the trees. Added a few bream to the stringer with a Brimfisher foam spider. Fun morning.Attachment 507789Attachment 507790Attachment 507791

Nice catch! Every time I plan to make a trip to the river here, it rains and the water level skyrockets!? It's too hot away so the future is a bright one. Thanks for the post and pics!
