Yes, I get it Bud, simple is always underestimated in the power of dining satisfaction. I could and would get full on that all day.
Looks good to me. Do you normally bake your fish and shrimp? I have done it in the air fryer and it turned out decent. I have yet to find a way that's as good as fried but I need to start watching the waist line.
Our homemade panko,cornmeal,breadcrumbs mix gets em right crispy more often than not , we bake about 95% of our fish and such , hard to beat deep fried though for sure :highfiveQuote:
