Kelly blue book and NADA both have estimator tools.

Kelly Blue Book does not offer any prices.
I'd look at local or regional selling prices for the same or similar boats. Maybe look thru Boatcrazy.com or Boattrader.com ??
So I have bought and sold a few used boats over the years and my approach has always been when buying I only am buying "One" at a time. This keeps me from getting in a hurry. Now some deals you must act fast, the 184DC Champion I recently bought is a good example. One owner, garage kept, well maintained, for 30 years. The owner said he was selling his boat to me over eating crawfish with Bon Temps. He told me what he wanted for it and I told him I would buy it sight unseen because I knew who owned it. I could turn a 10K profit on it if I wanted then I would be out the boat. So shop to buy. If you miss a deal don't loose sleep on it.
Now selling, I take the same approach. I only have one boat to sell. I put a good price to me on it and if the boat is sound I wait till someone gives me my price. I wait. Never negotiate against yourself. Make them make the first offer or pass on the deal. The point is you only have to sell "One" boat. Now if you are in a hurry this system of buying & selling used anything is out the window. If you know the boat has a problem disclose it, don't rip someone off and they won't be back to see you. :twocents
Check Craigslist and Marketplace for similar boats.
