sure did find me a mix of big sunfish the other day .....
really surprised me at how hard they battled with me .....
and they were my my my beautiful specimens, just saying :highfive
sunfish pushing the 1 lb mark are really good stuff for sure ....
if you can "lip" a bluegill , you got a big one in hand ....:cheers2

Sounds like a blast! Gotta love when those slabs put up a fight way bigger than their size. What were you using for bait? I’ve been hoping to hook into some bull bluegills myself—nothing better than a chunky one that hits like a bass!
