I already have an Okuma light 6’6” Crappie rod and did not want something too similar, but nearly pulled the trigger on a 6’0 ultralight 2 piece. Sizing for my car was a consideration or I could have split the difference on a 5’6” one piece version. Ok TMI but did I just spend way too much for a tiny Bluegill rig. 1000 reel.

:Rofl ... yeah, half the cost is for the name and the other half of the cost is for the rod itself.
But, if it performs to your expectations, is a pleasure to fish with, and provides you with years of great service, then it's an investment in future memories ... and that can be "priceless".

The 4’8” will make an excellent Creek rod and tight bank fishing rod .
I bought a 3’8”’ Major Craft and I love short rods but I prefer not to go below a 4”6”’ after fishing the shorty . :)
