What i call a beatdown!!!heck of a set up good work.
Nice! I’ve also noticed that a little movement is the ticket to catching crappie in some situations, which is why I’ve been mixing in crankbait pulling as well. I’ve been toying with the idea of making my first pass of certain areas with crankbaits and then repeat going back with jigs knowing that my speed will be slower and have a little more time to waving that jig over the area vs a crankbait.
Thank you for sharing this with us!
Nice video. Thanks.

I would checkout the Berkley Flicker Shad 4 and 5, I just ordered a 4 in the slick purple bengal on sale on amazon. I was messing around at a pond yesterday and put a flicker shad 5 on just to play with it and it suspends on the pause instead of rising back up, so I started jerking it and pausing it and 4 big crappie in a row came up and sniffed it. They're made for trolling but I'm going to try in ponds. That sounds like s good idea too because you'll pick off the active fish with the cranks and go back and get the less active fish with jigs
flicker shad is an awesome bait to troll no doubt
After looking at the Flicker Shad’s trolling profile, I think that I’d like them in shallower water than Bandit 300s where I haven’t had as much luck with Bandit 200s, although I’m going to need to get some weights once I need to drop below 8’ based on what I see on the Precision Trolling app. The Bandit 300s hit my current sweet spot nicely, although I have been exploring other options besides Pico INT for 15-20’. Thanks for the suggestion!
Good video.
