We grill the meat and do the onions and peppers in the big cast iron on the stove top .
We slice the meat when it's done ( across grain ) and pitch it in the finished peppers and onions and fold it all together.
We typically use chicken breast , but we might do center cut pork chops ....
we might use flour tortillas and then again we might use corn , it is what it is ....
the bottom image is the pork , tasted like chicken ....go figure :banghead:Rofl
