I had planned on systematically piercing the lips of as many crappie as I could today but the wind had other plans. The spawning site was completely unprotected and white caps were breaking all around me, so I had to carefully get the boat and I on Tera firma! Portraits of 22 were taken before they were saved by the water and air.
