Pond Slam in Seven minutes :)

I went to the town pond today to check out my 5’9” Palms Pinwheel UL rod after respooling with 2# Floroclear to see if there is a difference in feel between the Floroclear and Daiwa J Braid .
In what little time I was there I liked the feel and casting of the Floroclear better than the braid even though there is only a slight difference in detecting hits.
Maybe the fish are just hitting light right now .
I do like the feel of a hooked fish . The rod bends more than I expected for an Ajing rod .
I caught my first fish on my second or third cast at 1:20. The last fish was caught at 1:27 .
I caught a bluegill, a shellcracker, and a LM bass , all in seven minutes.
Then I got a text from home telling me we were about to get FaceTime with the granddaughters.
Since we don’t get to see them much , I took off for home .

I’d say that was a very productive but short trip. Good mix catches.

I can’t say that ever been that lucky. Nice fish before the face time. I hardly see my grands either.
