Can you store plastisol in your shop outside as long as it’s sealed, or does it have to keep kept inside. I know it’s oil based so I don’t think it will freeze, but will it be ok outside in a unseated shop?

Danny i leave mine in my unheated garage year round. I flip the jugs every now & then just to keep it from separating to bad & when i decide to use some all i do is gently shake it up to mix it back up when i'm ready to use. I shake my colorant often & have welding rods with the electorde cleaned off that i scrape the bottom & stir them with & then use a small stirrer i got from baitplastics to do the final mixing. If my colorant hasn't set a long time i just shake the crap out of it by hand to mix it back up.
Do it was really bad for their colors to harden I had some for over quite a while. I had to throw them in the garbage. They were absolutely no good but we do still do. We have some others that we take the lid off and try to stir it up by adding worm oil to it if it’s too thick and if you can put ball bearings in there or BB shot or something in there and shake it just stir it up now and then
