1st trip of the year

My oldest son invited me for an ice fishing trip yesterday. Caught a lot of fish mostly bluegill and a few crappie. Biggest bluegill was a hair over 10 inches. Kept 28 for the table and caught well over a hundred for three people. Great time with my oldest and friend. Attachment 499675Attachment 499676

Always wanted to go ice fishing. I was just in Southern Illinois yesterday. I saw a lot of ice in some of the back bays of Rend.
