round 2 of how to
the marinara ,,,,,celery, onion, carrot ,a can of diced tomatoes in some store bought sauce , Preggo in this case , some bell pepper maybe ....
a pinch of sugar to tame that there acidity in the diced tomatoes
.....simmer for a good while ....an hour or so .....
sautee the veggies first in garlic and olive oil ....
use tons of dried basil , oregano and etc as well .....
and IF you went so far as to make them there meatballs like I mentioned before ....
you just hit it so far out of the ballpark ,they will never find the ball ...
just saying :highfive
prepped at home on the electric stove and finished it over a gas fire at my friends place ....
p.s. no hot stuff in it , it is for women and children too , add red pepper and parmesan cheese on your plate as you go .....

I like the way you Roll.................Meatballs & Red Gravy. I always hurt myself sitting down to a big plate of Meatballs & Spaghetti.

a quick add on advice needs mention , them meatballs need not get dry after you roll them on a boil .....
take them off the heat when they float and let them sit in the water until they hit the sauce , if they have the proper amount of breakfast sausage in them , they will not overcook and get tough .....just saying :highfive
