Took my father in law to Smithville this morning for a few hours and knew I couldn't get lucky and have the fast action like on Sunday. All those fish were almost gone! The quality was much better today, threw back a few, only kept fish over 9.5. They look real small when you have a couple of 14+'s!
Man it was nice and NOT Crowded!!!! Anywho Great Morning With a Great Guy!

Weekdays are pretty much it for is M-Thurs particularly. Much safer to me..
It is nice to fish during the week. Even better when you can avoid the weather. Congrats on the catch!
I certainly like it during the week also. Pretty quiet and calm. I just have to get work to cooperate
You are correct! Weekdays are better. Retired 7 1/2 years ago and have only fished a handful of times on the weekend. Tight lines!
