Lynn Lane Reservoir / James Unruh

Hello everyone, has anyone done any fishing lately at the Lynn Lane Reservoir or "R. James Unruh" reservoir"?

I have made 3 trips over this past week with no luck on any panfish here.
I am using Bobby G'land plastics, 2" and smaller, colors being monkey milk, electric chicken, white/chartreuse, black/chartreuse, cajun cricket, black/hot pink.
Shad body and slab hunter body. No luck!

I switched to a bass rig and caught a 30lb carp and only that:Rofl

Any tips? I am looking to get numbers here and explore/learn this place.
Any help appreciated!

I haven’t fished Lynn Lane Reservoir in probably 14 years. Been a bit. Would stop by there when I was in Tulsa working. Didn’t ever do much good as I was just starting crappie fishing. Only bass fish before that. That’s when I discovered I needed a longer rod. People out there had 12’ or longer rods and would cast way out while I had a short rod and couldn’t. Saw them catching some crappie. Haven’t heard of the other reservoir.

Thank you for that input. I would've never known. I guess I'm going to start working for a 12' rod and try that out. I only have short rods too haha.
