Here's the old rule. How can it be banned if it's there.
How about setting up stores and vending machines close to boat ramps, public fishing areas that pay a bit to collect them.
"possess or transport live specimens", drop that. Collect all you can. They make great fertilize for the garden, flowerbeds, cat and chicken feed.
Banned In Tennessee
It is unlawful to possess or transport live specimens of the following animals:
- Silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)
- Bighead carp (Hypophthalmichthys nobilis)
- Black carp (Hypophthalmichthys piceus)
