Congrats to Joshua Powell Morris for his 1st place win today. Impressive bag of 4 fish weighing over 6 lbs. 2nd place goes to Tripp Leyman with 5+ lbs. And your truly took 3rd and big fish 1.74 lb slab.
Thanks to all that took time to come out and participate in this years event. No body went away empty handed. Rods, reels, fishing line, lures, t-shirts, hats, filet knife and more. A red ticket item worth over 200$ was won by josiah rivas. Congrats all, everybody was a winner today. Tight lines all.

I ended up catching the big fish of the day 1.74 lb. I caught it in the last hour of the day in a spot that was previously fish by both bass and crappie fishermen. Caught on jig bc all my minnows would die soon after first cast.
