Thank you pescador, I have never seen them. My wally world for sure don't carry them, and my fly tying shop is starting to look like Mother Hubbard's Cupboard. I'll get by BPS and see what I can find. Thank you again. Eric.
Those would save a lot of time! I assume you'd put those between the main line and leader, right?
I assume you clip your jig to it with it attached to the clear leader. :donoQuote:

I'm probably wrong, but I would attach this to my main line firmly, put a loop on one end of leader to attach here, with the jig attached to the opposite end. Making for a quicker/easier change to the leader when necessary.Quote:

Bud due to fishing in very thick structure at times I use a #15 swivel to tie my transition to. When I break off the mono it always breaks at the knot making it easy to replace the leader. I use less wraps on the Uni-Knot to ensure it does break at the swivel. A roll of fluorocarbon leader or Mr. Crappie 10# Camo line is always close by me.
