My wife almost killed me…1995 Jeep
We went to the Florida Keys, and my wife and daughter went scuba diving (my daughter got her advanced diver cert) , and when they got back, I bought another jeep! Oh yeah, I did it! And the best news was, my wife was gonna have to drive it home from Ft Lauderdale. Things did not go well!
It was the perfect project jeep. A desireable 2 door, a stick shift, white (matches my F250, and Key West, and I like white vehicles). It was the right year, and it had the right miles…..uhhh….if 340k miles is right! Doh
So after I fended off the customary throwing of the frying pans when these events happen, and things calmed down, I told wifey all I need to do was install a water pump and we’d be on the road! Well that didn’t happen. We went to look at it, and my wife helped me determine that she was not gonna drive it home. I had to spend all day Monday driving a trailer back to Ft Lauderdale to pick it up!
