Very nice. Are you cutting the shells with scissors or a knife? I peel all the way and butterfly before boiling but like your method better. Shares the labor on peeling.
Rojo, I cannot tell a lie, they are the easy peel shrimp from Sam’s. Please don’t hate me for such! But yes when I have fresh I will do them like that with scissors, makes for an easy peel experience plus deveins at the same time. Yes I like the shared peeling, I use to peel all of them when I would get fresh ones but that’s too much work for one fella and my bunch like to eat a lot of them [emoji494]Quote:
