Shout out to BnM!
While fishing Tuesday morning my BnM rod broke in half when I was shooting a dock...I got back home and contacted them and was instructed to send them some pictures of the broken rod.
UPS truck shows up today with a brand new rod!! That's what you call outstanding customer service!! My hat's off to them!!

I finally found a Sam Heaton 7 foot UL super sensitive that was on sale or even existed in the stores I frequent and grabbed it. Quickly became my go to everything rod but in first outing where I was killing the crappie got hung up and while putting pressure on it but not extreme top half broke. Called CS and nice lady quickly had the top half sent to me in couple days.
Caught a bunch o crappie with it and while later something similar where I was hung up and didn't put a lot of pressure on but lower half broke! Dang it, called CS and nice lady had lower section sent out next day. So they really do a great job of backing their product which is always appreciated.
Lesson here is when you do get hung up DO NOT PUT TOO MUCH STRESS on their rods, I now simply grab the line and pull that way and have had zero issues with rod. doing it on all my rods now and having no issues. Plus buying only BnM rods as it's great to have company that will answer their phone calls and do something when you speak with them.

in this world ,great customer service is a blessing , ESPECIALLY if the company has someone who speaks REAL English and you can clearly understand them .....

Like mentioned above, nothing but praise for BnM customer service. A while back C.C had a contest and the prize was BnM rod . It was a TCB rod, Trout, Crappie and Bluegill. At the time one of there newest rods, and a jewel it is too. Well I was fishin' a bridge here local and the second fish of the day, the top section broke. Why, who knows. I called Customer service to see how much the top section would be. Explained I won the rod and didn't purchase it, and needed to know what the top section would cost including shipping.
As it turned out, I was talking to the big boss. He asked what my address was including the Zip code. I figured he needed that to calculate the shipping. No sir, not at all. His next words were, It would be shipped that day. 3-days later, It was delivered to my door. No cost for the tip, no cost on the ship. As I've said before, I have nothing but kudo's for BnM, there products, and their Customer Service.

Customer service is one of the reasons that I use and recommend BnM products.
