Found anouther one.
I been looking for another Force Predator vise. They went out of business when Covid hit. They had some problems with the jaws not being perfectly hardened. At the tip they would spay just a bit and made it hard to hold the tiniest of hooks. So fly tiers that did real small dry flies were disappointed. But they are great for us jig tiers. I can put a #2 hook in and bend it in half and it doesn't come loose. But what's really great is there is a thumb screw in the back that you can loosen and the jaws slide up or down to make the hook shaft dead center...so you can spin and wrap the shaft so easy. nd it weights about 7 pounds. The shaft is 5/8" instead of the standard 3/8". And you can raise it way up and give you tons of clearance under it. It's a beast. Check out this review.
