something new for us , someone gave us these here 2 inch thick lamb chops ...
no clue how to cook em exactly , heard several versions .....
we opted for our own vesrion ....
seasoned up , pan seared and dropped in the crock pot ....
homemade chicken broth stock and ....like WOW ! ! !
made the beef version sit right down in the back row
