My last two days been very busy. With Ms Joyce down with her knee, 8 days post total knee replacement, most everything left to me to prepare. I will give her credit, she did do a lot to help. I'm a bit out at big meals. been out of practice since 1992. Everything ended up great, 'cept some scorched skin on the turkey breast. Didn't effect the meat flavor, just not great eye appeal. We were happy with it though. pics to follow.
