growing old. Dealing with diabetes, high cholesterol and gout is not for the faint of heart. Have to watch everything. Had to cut out all carbs , sugars and double meds. Should help me lose weight is the bright side. Plus I get to continue to play the game.
I agree. Getting older brings a lot of challenges and we have to adapt the way we eat, exercise, etc. It is important to make the changes because being able to continue playing the game is important.
There are good upsides! Hope you can keep playing the game a long time!

Awesome! This will keep you around for a while. I will skip posting the sweets for a few months to cut down on the "Temptations". Best to you and your healthy diet.
Getting old is not fun some days but it beats the alternative I imagine.

Good for you Dave. Growing old certainly isn't for the faint of heart. I am trying to find the fine line between happiness in the present and longevity for the future. Certainly a tight rope walk. I certainly spend more time at work than I do anything else. Especially hard when you can crank up some cooking gear and make things you like to eat.
